With our modern Laser machines we are able to offer a wide range of services. We can produce\u00a0small series<\/strong>\u00a0and prototypes, but we also do\u00a0contract manufacturing<\/strong>\u00a0in series. Laser Cutting<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLaser Fusion Cutting is a non-contact thermal cutting process that can be used on a variety of materials. The spectrum ranges from\u00a0stainless steels\u00a0<\/strong>over\u00a0non-ferrous and precious metals<\/strong>\u00a0up to\u00a0ceramic materials<\/strong>. Very fine and complex structures can be implemented. We keep a stock of the spring steels\u00a01.4310<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a017-4 PH<\/strong>\u00a0in different sheet thicknesses; other materials can be procured by us or delivered by the customer.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Laser Drilling\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Laser drilling process is divided into\u00a0single-pulse and percussion drilling, trepaning<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0helical drilling<\/strong>. In single-pulse drilling, the material is drilled through with a Laser pulse. This method allows to drill many holes in a short time, so that eg.\u00a0filters\u00a0<\/strong>can be produced. In contrast, percussion drilling uses multiple Laser pulses per hole. The precision is thereby increased at the expense of longer processing time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The pulsed Laser radiation allows for very small welds with low heat input. Thereby\u00a0thermal distortion<\/strong>\u00a0is very unlikely compared to other welding methods. Various materials such as\u00a0steels\u00a0<\/strong>with a carbon content below 0.2%,\u00a0titanium<\/strong>,\u00a0tantalum\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0nickel\u00a0<\/strong>are suitable for Laser welding. With the help of the thermal and metallurgical pulse shaping of our Laser source, even materials like\u00a0copper<\/strong>,\u00a0aluminum\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0platinum\u00a0<\/strong>can be welded. Our picolaser enables the precise removal of material layers. On the one hand, this allows the engraving of\u00a0logos and graphics<\/strong>\u00a0. On the other hand\u00a0very small parts<\/strong>\u00a0can be manufactured, eg. for the watch industry. The high-precision dosing of the Laser power also allows the\u00a0structuring of surfaces<\/strong>, which offers an added value in a wide range of applications: In the case of jewelery, esthetic effects are achieved as a result; in the case of dental implants, rough surfaces allow better bonding to the jawbone, and in the automotive industry, the power transfer transfer of contact surfaces is improved. In addition to various metals, we can also process\u00a0glass, ceramics or plastics<\/strong>\u00a0with the picolaser.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Our picolaser is well suited to automatic\u00a0trimming of thin film structures<\/strong>\u00a0like sensors or precision resistors. It is equipped with a contacting unit that can be adapted to the respective application. Thanks to the integrated vision system, the contacting unit can be automatically aligned to pads on each sensor. Resistors can be measured while being trimmed simultaneously with laser cuts. The power is controlled so that the insulating layer under the thin-film structure remains intact.<\/p>

In the same step, an individual\u00a0label\u00a0<\/strong>(such as a serial number) can be applied using Laser ablation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
