Substrate Types
Two-dimensional bodies made of laser-cut spring plates are possible, as well as milled or rotated three-dimensional sensors.
Production
Sputtering equipment, laboratories, lasers and all necessary monitoring systems are part of the inventory of Senstech AG.
Masks
The masks (chrome on glass) are designed and manufactured by Senstech. The specifications and the stress analysis determine the design.
