For several years, we have been cutting out our sensor substrates on our own laser systems and are using a picolaser to extract the finest sensor structures from thin metal layers. Our know-how in the field of lasers is now also available for your own projects:

Laser Cutting
Depending on the material, our fiber laser can achieve a shape tolerance of up to ± 5 μm.

Finishing
Laser cut parts can be, among other things, tumbled, brush polished or coated.

Laser Drilling
With the single-pulse drilling method can be produced in a short time many holes, so for example filters can be produced.

Laser Welding
With the pulsed laser radiation smallest welds can be realized and distortion is practically excluded.

Laser Structuring and Laser Ablation
Functional or aesthetic surface structures can be created with the picolaser, as well as the smallest parts produced in the ablation process.

Laser Trimming
Thin-film structures such as sensors or precision resistors can be automatically contacted and trimmed with our picolaser.
On the one hand, we hope that this new offering will be attractive to the medical device industry, which requires suppliers to be ISO 13485 certified; On the other hand, we would like to address industrial customers who can also benefit from our broad know-how in the laser sector. We accept contract orders from prototypes to series production and carry out process development and feasibility studies for particularly demanding parts. Our experienced staff will be happy to advise you.
